The hobby aims to promote the Matissa World brand and products, encouraging authentic content sharing by its followers, and rewarding creativity and community loyalty.

The competition is monthly and of indefinite duration, and may be interrupted or terminated at any time. In the event of termination, Matissa World undertakes to announce the end of the competition by the 1st of the month prior to the last edition, or, alternatively, on the 1st of the month in which the final prize is awarded.

The participation period runs between the first and last day of the civil month in question.

The giveaway takes place exclusively on Instagram and TikTok.

To participate, the user must:

• Have a personal Instagram or TikTok account with a public profile;
• Publish content (image or video) that represents a "Matissa moment" World;
• Visibly include both the @matissa.pt account tag and the #matissaworld hashtag;
• Be the original author of the submitted content.

Entries are unlimited, as long as they correspond to distinct and original content. Repeated entries or entries with substantially identical content will be excluded.

The following will be excluded:

• Entries from fake or inactive profiles, or profiles that do not meet the requirements of these regulations;
• Repeated posts or posts with substantially identical content;
• Content not authored by the participant;
• Posts that do not include Matissa World brand products;
• Posts that do not visibly and simultaneously include the @matissa.pt account tag and the #matissaworld hashtag;
• Content deemed inappropriate, offensive, discriminatory, or that violates the terms of use of the platforms used.

Selection will be carried out by Ana Martins Mendes Matias, brand promoter, based on the following criteria:

• Creativity;
• Visual quality;
• Integration with the Matissa World brand.

In the event of a tie, the final decision may be subject to public vote via a poll on Matissa World's official Instagram stories. By participating, entrants understand and agree that their post may be used for this purpose.

The prize consists of a digital gift card worth €20 (twenty euros), to be used exclusively for purchases made on the official Matissa World website: https://matissa.pt.

The gift card will be valid from the 1st day the winner is announced until the last day of that same calendar month.

The gift card is transferable to third parties, without prior notification to the promoter, and is not refundable or convertible into cash.

The winner will be contacted via private message on the platform where they posted their entry.

Only the following personal data will be processed: username and post image/caption. The data will be used exclusively for the management and promotion of the contest, based on the participant's consent.

By participating, the user authorizes Matissa World to republish and use, free of charge, their post on its official channels for:

• Brand promotion;
• Contest dissemination;
• Winner identification;

Conducting votes in case of a tie.

The participant may request the removal of their image/post at any time, aware that such a request may lead to disqualification.
