Matissa World offers its customers various payment methods, all processed in a secure environment and in accordance with industry standards.

 

You can make your payments using the following methods:

GIFT CARD

The Matissa Gift Card is issued and managed by our website and the card balance can be used in full or in part until its expiry date (1 year). After this period, any remaining balance will be considered expired and non-refundable.

• The Gift Card cannot be reloaded, exchanged for cash, or refunded in case of loss, theft, or misplacement.
• In case of returns of products paid for with a Gift Card, the refund will be made to the same card, within its validity period.
• To check the balance, simply access the link provided when you receive the card.
  
  

GENERAL PAYMENT CONDITIONS

• The corresponding amount will be debited at the time the order is finalized.
• All payments are subject to verification and authorization by the respective issuing entity. Matissa World reserves the right to refuse a transaction for security reasons or fraud prevention.
• In case of payment refusal, the order will be automatically cancelled.
