Shipping methods, delivery times and costs

 

Matissa World shipping options are automatically presented during checkout, based on the delivery address, order time and item availability.

During order processing, you will be informed about:

  • The available shipping methods;
  • The associated costs;
  • The estimated delivery date.

Deliveries are made exclusively on business days (Monday to Friday), and are not delivered on weekends and public holidays.

 

Important Notes

  • Make sure the address is correctly filled in. Matissa is not responsible for delivery failures due to errors in the address provided.
  • Reshipping costs may be higher if the order is returned due to absence at the address or non-collection.

We ship to most European Union countries, as well as to some countries on the European continent.

Shipping is by sea. Delivery may take up to 15 days for the islands of Pico, Graciosa, Faial, São Jorge, Corvo and Flores.

How can I track the status of my shipment?

After dispatch, you will receive an email with the tracking number and the carrier's link.

Can I change the address after placing the order?

Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to update the address.

My order is delayed!

In exceptional cases (e.g., periods of high volume, weather conditions, strikes or logistical failures), the estimated delivery date may change.

If it's not possible to meet the estimated deadline, we will send an email notification with the new delivery date. You can also track the order status through your Matissa account or the provided tracking link.
